Background
Look Behind You is an independent record label and promoter of the talented acts and artists you don’t yet know about. With nothing more than a name to begin with, Look Behind You needed conceptualising.
The Idea
The brand concept stems from the idea of showcasing what's behind you so that you don't miss out. The ‘look behind you’ name was the starting point for getting people aware of new talent. Abbreviating the brand name resulted in a sharp graphic tag to highlight this call to action.
The Result
The mark, almost a stamp, could be used in many ways to showcase the new acts being promoted. The project involved conceptualisation of the core brand, logotype, typography, image and music packaging.
